An award-winning global business leader with over two decades of experience transforming organizations, expanding markets, and delivering sustainable growth across FMCG, export agriculture, food manufacturing, waste management, chemicals, and cement.
As CEO of CBL’s Natural Foods Cluster, he leads Sri Lanka’s largest coconut milk exporter to over 60 markets worldwide, overseeing four companies in Sri Lanka and Myanmar with more than 1,000 employees. His leadership has driven consistent double-digit export growth, strategic acquisitions, global expansions, and the integration of circular economy practices to enhance efficiency and environmental impact.
Previously, Randeewa held senior roles at Lafarge Maldives Cement, Chemanex PLC (CIC Holdings), and Holcim (Lanka) Ltd’s Geocycle waste management business, where he achieved record growth, managed multinational integrations, and represented his organizations on global stages.
He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK), is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and is currently reading for a Doctor of Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand). Recognized as the Most Outstanding CEO 2022, he is committed to leading with purpose, creating value for stakeholders, and driving sustainable innovation on a global scale.
